The pure, deodorized cocoa butter is fair trade and sourced from Rapunzel HAND IN HAND partners in the Dominican Republic and Bolivia.
It has a mild flavor and is particularly easy to portion thanks to its practical chip form.
The heated cocoa mass is pressed under high pressure to extract the golden yellow, clear cocoa fat – the cocoa butter. The intense flavors are then gently removed with steam. The result is a mild cocoa butter.
