Classic Ayurveda Organic Bulgur Veggie 240 g

Preparation:
- place 80 g of the bulgur mixture in a saucepan.
- add 200 ml boiling water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- Add oil or ghee to taste.
- Season with salt to taste.
