Classic Ayurveda Organic Couscous Dukkah Vegan 240 g
Ayurvedic couscous dukkah in organic quality is a wholesome whole grain durum wheat semolina with a mild flavor that can be used in a variety of ways. It is particularly delicious as a side dish with stir-fries, for stuffing, or as a base for salads.
Combined with dukkah, a traditional spice mix from the Middle East, and aromatic cashews, it creates a delicious blend with a distinctive flavor. This versatile dish brings variety and a touch of the Orient to your kitchen.
Preparation:
- place 80 g of couscous mix in a saucepan.
- add 150 ml boiling water, bring to the boil, cover and leave to simmer.
- Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add oil or ghee to taste.
- Season with salt to taste.
