Production:
The dates are harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness, sorted, washed, treated with steam and gently dried. They are then pitted by hand and packaged.

Recipe idea: Date energy balls with almonds & cocoa
Ingredients
- 150 g Rapunzel Deglet Nour dates, pitted
- 100 g almonds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water (if necessary)
- Coconut flakes or sesame seeds for rolling
Preparation:
- Finely puree the dates with almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a blender.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little water as needed.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in coconut flakes or sesame seeds.
- Leave the date energy balls to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
