Rapunzel rock salt, unrefined, 500 g
Rapunzel rock salt is extracted from German primary rock using traditional mining methods. Known as "primordial salt," this salt has been deep within the earth for around 200 million years and is therefore protected from modern environmental influences. It is unrefined, uniodized, and free from anti-caking agents, which allows it to retain its natural purity.
Clumping may occur and is a sign of the naturalness of the product, which contains no artificial additives. Ideal for conscious cooking.
Use:
Use as you would your regular salt.
