Rapunzel Organic Cranberries consist of whole, dried berries that have been refined with apple syrup, giving them a particularly juicy and mild flavor. Their unique aroma ranges from delicately fruity to sweet and sour, with a slightly tart note. These organic cranberries come from certified organic cultivation and are the ideal snack for in between meals or as an energizing topping in muesli.
They are also excellent in baked goods, desserts, or sauces. Thanks to the drying process, the cranberries are particularly nutrient-rich: carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals are up to five times more concentrated than in fresh fruit, and they contain hardly any fat.
