Mehmet Efendi, founded in Istanbul in 1871, is one of the oldest and most renowned coffee roasters in Turkey. For generations, the brand has stood for authentic Turkish coffee enjoyment – with an unmistakable aroma and traditional craftsmanship. This coffee is very finely ground and is ideal for preparation in a Turkish cezve (coffee pot).

✔ Recommended use
For preparation in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot):
- Dissolve approx. 6–8 g of coffee (1–2 teaspoons) in cold water per cup
- Heat slowly, do not stir
- Remove from heat when foam forms, distribute foam among cups
- Heat again, distribute the remaining coffee just before boiling
Note: Not suitable for French press or filter machines – grind is too fine.
