Application:
Women apply 5 pumps of yam cream twice a day. We recommend 3 pumps for sensitive individuals. (You can pause use during your period.) Men apply 5 pumps once a day.
TIP: We are often asked how to get the rest out of the pump dispenser. The manufacturer recommends the following: Unscrew the pump head, add a few drops (use very little water, otherwise the yam cream will become too runny) to the dispenser and close it again. Then shake and you can use the rest without any problems.
