The elegant Gentle Blue Earl Grey Tea is a classic among black teas. It gets its fresh, lemony aroma from the addition of fine bergamot oil. Earl Grey tea had already gained great popularity in the 17th century. The black tea was named after British Prime Minister Charles Grey. In England, it is often served with slightly salty dishes.
Use:
Earl Grey should be brewed at a water temperature of 95 to 98°C. Please do not pour boiling water onto the tea bag, but allow it to stand for a short time.
