Rapunzel Organic Thistle Oil, 250 ml
This virgin safflower oil is gently extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant, preserving its natural ingredients and characteristic flavor. With its mild, nutty aroma, it is a versatile addition to the kitchen. The oil is particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, which play an important role in a balanced diet.
The thistle seeds are carefully pressed without heating, then filtered and bottled to ensure the high quality of the oil. Bottled at Rapunzel, this safflower oil stands for the utmost care and first-class processing.
Preparation:
Ideal for cold dishes: enhance your salads and raw vegetables with the mild, nutty taste of safflower oil. It also goes well with vegetable and grain dishes.
Please note that safflower oil is not heat-resistant and is therefore not suitable for frying. Instead, use it to briefly sauté or gently cook foods.
