Recommended intake:
Prepare your alkaline breakfast quickly and easily: Heat approx. 150 ml of water in a kettle and then stir in 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund. Allow the mixture to swell for 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, bring approx. 180 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of MorgenStund while stirring and simmer the mixture for one minute.
Enhance your MorgenStund bowl with toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds. Plant-based milk alternatives or conventional milk are also excellent additions. The product is ideal for people with allergies, lactose intolerance, or gluten intolerance.
MorgenStund is also very versatile: use it as an ingredient in numerous baking recipes, drinks, or smoothies and enjoy an alkaline diet in a variety of ways.
